DAY 23: Aligning with Your Source (Finding Your "Flow")

Week 4: The Butterfly Phase

11/16/20252 min read

Welcome to Day 23. Yesterday, you created your personal "map" to the Source. You identified what it feels like, what you call it, and where you find it.

Today, we learn how to use that map.

Remember: Your loved one is now part of that Source "ocean." To be near them, to feel them, to "commune" with them (as we learned on Day 19), our new path is to align ourselves with that same "ocean" energy.

So, how do we do that in a practical, everyday way?

The answer is a beautiful concept called "Flow," or "being in the zone."

A "flow state" is any activity that makes you feel so present that...

  • Time seems to disappear.

  • Your mind stops worrying.

  • You feel peaceful and deeply yourself.

  • You feel connected to something bigger.

This is the "Butterfly Phase" in action. A butterfly doesn't "try" to fly; it just flies. It floats on the breeze, perfectly aligned with its purpose. When you are in your "flow," you are being the butterfly.

These "flow" activities are not frivolous or "selfish" hobbies. They are sacred acts. They are your new form of meditation. Why? Because when you are in "flow," all your personal "static" (grief, doubt, fear, guilt) fades away. Your frequency becomes clear, high, and bright.

You are, in that moment, perfectly aligned with the Source. And because that is where your loved one now resides, "flow" is a new and beautiful gateway to connection.

Action (The 'How'):

Today, we are going to move from "knowing" what brings you joy to "doing" what brings you joy.

Action: Schedule Your "Alignment Activity"

  1. Look at your journal from yesterday. Review your list from Day 22, where you answered: "Where do I feel this 'Source' energy most?"

    • (Your answers might have been: "walking in nature," "listening to music," "painting," "gardening," "cooking a good meal," "playing with my pet," "reading a good book").

  2. Name them. These are your "Alignment Activities."

  3. The Action: Choose ONE of those activities. Just one.

  4. Schedule It: Look at your calendar for this week. Find a 15-minute window. (That's all it takes).

  5. Write it down in your calendar as if it's the most important appointment of your day (because it is).

    • "Wednesday 7:00 PM: Butterfly Time (Listen to music)."

    • "Thursday 12:15 PM: Source Connection (Walk in the park)."

  6. When you do it, your only goal is to be present and enjoy it. That's it. This is not "selfish" time; it is your new, sacred "connection" time.

This is how we begin to live a new life, one that honors them by finding peace and joy right here, right now.

I'll see you tomorrow.
