DAY 13: Dreamwork: The Nightly Classroom

Week 2: The Energetic Bridge

Welcome to Day 13. We've been working hard to quiet our minds and raise our frequency while we're awake. But what about when we're asleep?

Your dream state is the perfect "meeting place."

Why? Because your conscious, critical, "doubting" mind is finally powered down. That loud voice that says, "It's just a coincidence" or "I'm making this up" is asleep.

When your conscious mind is quiet, your subconscious and your spirit are wide open. Your "frequency dial" is naturally more receptive. It's much easier for your loved ones to "get through" to your awareness in this state.

They can offer comfort, share a simple feeling of love, or just be with you in a way that feels completely real.

Many people say, "But I'm not dreaming of them." This is very normal. Deep grief can sometimes block our dream recall because our mind is so exhausted.

The key, just like in Day 3, is to stop trying to have a dream, and instead, just set a gentle invitation. We are not forcing a meeting; we are just letting them know we've left the "door" unlocked.

Action (The 'How'):

Tonight, before you go to sleep, you are going to perform a simple "Dream Intention" ritual.

  1. Prepare for Bed: Get ready for sleep.

  2. Go to Your Journal: Open your journal (it's helpful to keep it by your bed).

  3. Write Your Intention: On a new page, write the following (or use your own words):

"Tonight, I am open to a loving, healing, and peaceful connection with [Name] in my dreams. I ask for this connection only if it is for the highest good of all. I am ready to remember."

  4. Read it: Read the words out loud or in your head, feeling the intention.

  5. Let it Go: Close the book. Go to sleep. Do not think about it or stress about it. You have placed your loving request.

  6. In the Morning: When you first wake up, don't move. Stay still for 30 seconds. See if any images, feelings, or dream fragments float up. They fade fast. Write down anything—even if it's just a feeling (e.g., "Felt peaceful") or a single image.

Important: This may not "work" the first night. Or the second. But by setting the intention, you are training your brain to become aware of this subtle level of connection. You are opening the door.

I'll see you tomorrow for our last day of Week 2.
