DAY 8: You Are a Radio (Understanding Frequencies)
Week 2: The Energetic Bridge

Welcome to Week 2! This week, we stop looking at the ground and start looking at the bridge.
To understand how connection works, we have to understand Frequency.
Imagine you are a radio.
Grief, sadness, and heavy physical pain are like the AM band. They are low, dense frequencies. They are slow and heavy.
Your loved one (now in spirit) is vibrating on the FM band (and way up at the top, like 108.0 FM). They are in a state of pure love, joy, and light—a very high, fast frequency.
Here is the problem: You cannot pick up an FM station if your dial is stuck on AM.
If you are deep in the heavy energy of grief (AM), and you are shouting "Where are you?", you won't hear them. Not because they aren't there, but because you are on different channels.
Spirits can lower their vibration a little bit to reach us, but it is very difficult and dense for them. It is much easier for us to raise our vibration to meet them halfway.
We have to turn our dial up.
This doesn't mean you have to be "happy" all the time (that's impossible). It means you need to learn how to take short "trips" to a higher frequency. When you are in a state of gratitude, love, peace, or joy, you are entering their territory. That is where the connection happens.
Action (The 'How'):
Today, we are going to practice turning the dial. We are going to use the fastest frequency-shifter available to humans: Music.
But—and this is important—do not pick a sad song that reminds you of them and makes you cry. That keeps you in the "Grief Channel."
Action: The 10-Minute Frequency Shift
Pick a Song: Choose a piece of music that makes you feel light, peaceful, or expansive. It could be classical, instrumental, nature sounds, or a happy song you loved before the loss.
Sit or Lie Down: Close your eyes.
Listen with Your Body: Don't just hear it. Feel the vibration of the music in your chest. Imagine the music is lifting you up, lighter and lighter. Imagine you are floating up out of the heavy atmosphere of Earth into a bright, sunny sky.
Stay There: For the duration of the song, just enjoy the feeling of being "lighter."
The Invitation: At the end of the song, while you are feeling this lightness, say: "I am raising my vibration to meet you. I am listening."
Notice how different your body feels compared to when you are deep in grief. You just turned the dial to FM. You are now in range.
